Are you a High School student? This information is for you.

Individuals, at least 18 years of age and with a Nova Scotia address can register as an off-campus borrower (OCB) at the library's Circulation Desk. 

You will complete a form and present two pieces of identification providing proof of residency and a photo. 

Your OCB card is valid for one year; renewable.

You will have access to:

  • general book collection
  • in-library access to electronic resources
  • in-library access to print journals and magazines
  • borrowing privileges at all Novanet libraries and Nova Scotia's public libraries
  • interlibrary loans (document delivery) service

You will not have access to:

  • study or seminar rooms
  • course reserves
  • off-campus access to electronic resources
